The motel is clean and comfortable. The staff is also very nice. It is nothing fancy, but we were staying in Hays to see family not hang out in a motel. It is nice having free breakfast every morning too.

The hotel and staff were perfect. The problem was the sign out front was not lit making it almost impossible to find at night in a town with 5, yes 5, double lined round abouts. We went by 3 times!

:o) hotel a bit off interstate, so it was quiet; clean, renovated room and bathroom; vinyl flooring in room in place of carpet; comfortable bed and pillows; breakfast was better than I anticipated (pancakes, eggs, breakfast sausage links, cereal, muffins, cinnamon rolls, instant oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, coffee, hot chocolate, juice); staff was friendly; would definitely stay again :o)
