"We enjoyed our stay. Very new and clean unit. I gave it a 5 star but it was more like 4.5. The room needs a dining table and chairs and also some counter chairs that are the right height. The appliances are brand new but the refrigerator had not yet been plumbed for water so the ice maker did not work. Very convenient location and just a straight shot to downtown CDA. Also food trucks right next door and Jimmy’s Down the Street just a few blocks away."

"Property was well stocked, close to a lot of activities, and manager was very easy to communicate with. Great neighborhood, very clean house, very comfortable beds! Would definitely recommend if you have a large family get together like us! Only thing...the bathroom sink on the main floor was very slow draining...may need a look at, and the toilet on the main floor was too easily clogged...we frequently had to plunge. Otherwise...all was great!!!"

"My husband and I wanted to check out the CDA area as new Idaho residents, found this little gem on VRBO. Very clean, well situated apartment blocks from restaurants and shops in downtown CDA. Loved staying here!"

"I really like the easy check in ahead of time. The staff helped me get to non-pet friendly room, which we really appreciated. The staff are very friendly, and the cook who provides breakfast does an excellent job. We liked our suite. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"Without a doubt, the best pet friendly hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are old and dated, but they are exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. I was disappointed that the hot tub was not working and honestly, the pool needs to be shut down as well because it is Pretty awful. The rest of the property is outstanding! Beautiful, clean green spaces and a lovely beach and Marina. Close to everything. I would highly recommend this property. Just don’t come expecting a pool and hot tub like I did."

"Very clean and quiet. Room, pool, everything was great. Free little snacks were provided each night in lobby which was a nice little perk. Staff was great. Its a lottle confusing trying to get into the parking lot. Many ubers got turnes around and confused but otherwise great stay. Good breakfast options with large dining area. "
