The home includes three bathrooms: a main hallway bathroom with a bathtub, plus two en-suite bathrooms in the lower bedrooms (please note: one en-suite includes a shower and WC only, without a toilet).

The open-plan living space brings together a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a cosy lounge — perfect for shared meals, relaxing evenings, or unwinding after a day out. The kitchen includes all the essentials for self-catering, and the dining table offers seating as shown in the photos (please note, no additional chairs are provided).
Situated on the first floor, the property is accessed via a flight of stairs, with a further staircase leading to the upper level where two of the bedrooms are located.
Check-in is simple and hassle-free with self check-in only — the key is securely stored in a lockbox at the property for your convenience.

All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.

Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the property is not permitted.
Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.

We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.
