You can’t beat the view, the carpet needed cleaned. my daughter had a allergic reaction so her and her family that was staying with us had to find another condo to stay in. I called the property office and left a message for the manager, but by the time she called back they had already booked a non-refundable one. She said all she had was a 1 bedroom, but that doesn’t work for 5 people. So they moved and we stayed. I had verified 3 times that the twin beds would be put together to make a king bed. That wasn’t done we had to do it. There was no kitchen trash can, housekeeping went out the next day to buy us one. There was supposed to be extra keys in the condo. There wasn’t, we got one more the next day. The big refrigerator didn’t keep things cold, the door handle was held on with painters tape. They had a new small refrigerator also, which shows they knew the big one wasn’t working. Washer had sand in it, so it had to be clean before we could use it. But the W/D did work good. A kitchen cabinet door was hanging by one hinge. So maintenance came and fixed it. Cable wouldn’t work, Maintenance came twice and had to reboot the box several times, but then it only work a couple of days. Furnace filter was very dirty and hanging down out of the ceiling in the closet. I told the manager within the first couple of days about it. No one every came. Patio table was rusted all around the top.
