There are elevators at this property. Unit 305 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and sliding glass doors that offer direct access to the lanai. The lanai has two screen doors that welcome a nice cross-breeze on windy days and blinds can be drawn to help cool off the condo. The en suite bathroom features a large bathtub/shower combo and modern fixtures. The second bathroom is conveniently located ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests which also includes a walk-in shower. The queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping arrangements for extra guests.
The floor-to-ceiling windows and private lanai allow for uninterrupted vistas of the turquoise waters, golden sunsets, and the neighboring islands in the distance. The living area is designed with an open-concept layout in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with essentials, modern appliances, sleek countertops, and ample storage space. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen.
***Notice of ongoing project at Mahana - Molokai Tower:
- Beginning on March 24, 2025, pre-construction mobilization begins and that includes hoisting materials to the roof, installing barricades and other safety precautions, setting the crane in place, etc.
- Starting April 21, 2025, with an estimated end date of June 25, 2025, there will be a Heating, Ventilation, and AC outage for the entire building.
- Noise is expected between April 21 for approximately thirty days. Noisy work may also be extended depending on the amount of spalling that is found.
- Potential water outages will be brief with advance notice, when possible.

Please check in with local experts on weather and swimming conditions before entering the water. The resort also features a pool and tennis court on the property. Pool towels can be found near the lobby area and are available for all guests. There are no additional resort or parking fees.
