Magnifique residence recente et situee au bord des pistes ! l'appartement etait tres confortable et tres joliment decore, avec un bon niveau de confort. la vaisselle et l'evier n'etaient pas ultra propres cependant. Il n'y avait pas de cafetiere nespresso ni de seche cheveux, ce qui devrait etre un basique pour une residence 4etoiles. et pas assez de places dans le parking payant ! neanmoins nous avons passe un excellent sejour et nous reviendrons dans cette residence. les points faibles

No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. Despite being told we could park anywhere in the covered parking we still had a note left on our car asking us to remove it - some better organisation would be good

Plutôt bien avec quelques réserves

C'est une résidence neuve et certains travaux ne sont pas encore achevés (portes de placards manquant dans une chambre). L'eau de la piscine est froide ainsi que les vestiaires et si vous n'êtes pas logé dans le bâtiment principal alors il faut passer soit par le garage en sous-sol soit par l'extérieur. Mes enfants et ma femme aiment beaucoup aller à la piscine mais du coup ils n'y sont allés qu'une seule fois ! Attention sur le site Hôtels.com le parking est gratuit mais il n'est pas précisé qu'il s'agit d'un parking extérieur à places limités, pour le parking intérieur il faut payer un supplément dès l'arrivée ! D'un point de vue pratique la résidence est bien située et il y avait un ascenseur dans notre bâtiment (un autre commentaire disait l'inverse) ainsi qu'un magasin Skiset au RDC (où le personnel est très sympa est professionnel).

De manière générale, l’hotel est beau, moderne et les appartements sont spacieux et chaleureux. La piscine donne une vue splendide sur les montagnes, mais elle n’est pas très chauffée. Les appartements sont bien insonorisés et un grand parking payant couvert traverse l’ensemble des chalets. Chaque appartement dispose d’un local à ski chauffé. Toutefois, par rapport au prix payé, nous avons l’impression d’avoir été bernés. Les finitions ne sont pas terminées (pas de chauffage alors que les températures extérieures atteignaient les -10 la nuit, les portes non fixées qui risquaient de nous tomber dessus a tout moment, des fils électriques apparents...), et le personnel manquait vraiment de professionnalisme. Par exemple, l’un des employés s’est énervé et a critiqué le partenariat avec Skiset sous nos yeux, les demandes étaient mal gérées et les employés s’eternisaient avec chaque personne à l’accueil ce qui créait de longues files d’attente. On nous dit que la Playstation n’est pas disponible pour ce soir car elle a déjà été réservée, puis quand on demande de la réserver pour un autre jour, on nous annonce qu’il n’est pas possible de réserver la PlayStation... Au niveau du SPA, très déçus. On entasse les gens dans un jacuzzi dans lequel seuls deux jets fonctionnent. Dans l’appartement, la propreté laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû faire le ménage nous même. Enfin, à noter que la caution indiquée était de 300 euros, mais l’hôtel nous a annoncé 400 euros en arrivant.

Lorsque nous sommes rentrés dans l'appartement les portes coulissantes du placard de l'entrée nous sont tombées dessus. Les plaques de cuisson n'ont jamais fonctionné durant 1 semaine. Le parking souterrain était jonché de clous et vis, ce qui a occasionné une roue crevée ! La réunion d'accueil était insignifiante et la livraison de boulangerie à l'accueil était erronée une fois sur 2 Complètement indigne de mmv et d'une residence 4 etoiles! J'espère que hotel . Com va négocier un remboursement partiel!!
