Hauptstrand Eckernförde

I’ve been in many 5 star hotel and unfortunately this is not one of them. It does look’s luxurious from the outside and around of property especially the garden area are fabulous. The inside rooms interior is outdated and I would rate as the 3+star ranking hotel. The pillows were terrible along with the mattress. Be aware that spa is optional at additional cost.

Beautiful hotel overlooking Elbe

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel, it was great value for money. Perfect location to explore the local area. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom both very clean, very comfortable bed.
