Excellent mid range option. I'd stay again next ti

Greenview's rooms may be a bit aging, it is still a very pleasant place. Excellent service, good location within easy walking distance of the city center. A/C was rather noisy. Good online deals via Hotels.com

They only borrow hair dryer for half hour! Before n After u bath u need to go downstair purposely to return the dryer. No toiletries provided! Staff will go into the room when you are not around even u have told them cleaning is not required! Room looks old.. bath in bath tub and the floor are slippery!! So dangerous.. if its not fully book for other hotel i would go to this hotel! Hotel is out of the town.. far from those mall.. Wont consider this hotel ever again!

The hotel is fine. I love to stay at Greenview because everyone is great that works there. I gave it a negative rating because Thai Immigration would not allow me to enter Thailand. I have been going to Thailand for 13 years. I was there 3 months ago. But in three months, I now have to have a Visa to visit Thailand and I have to fly there, I cannot ride s bus or personal car. I am requesting a refund of my room rental fee because the Thai Government prevented me from getting to the hotel.

什么都没有，离市中心远。很旧，去那都很远，虽然服务态度不错，给五十分。 Very far from shopping mall, go anywhere must walk or grab . Not convenient at all , not any facilities but the staff friendly.

Best and recommend for family stay

Easy to get tut-tut,Halal restaurant.The best part they allowed us to check in early and check out 1 hour late. So we can Solat before leaving. They also provide water and refill anytime at lobby. Very satisified

We arrived Hatyai earlier and the hotel was kind enough to let us check in around 11am. The hotel is about 10-15 mins walking distance to the market and night walking street area. It is also not in the center of the town so the environment is not noisy.

Hotellet var okay, kunne godt trænge til en renovering. Personalet var søde, men vi ankom desværre til en seng med beskidt/plettede sengetøj. Derudover var der myrere over det hele, så samlet set ikke den bedste oplevelse.

A good place to stay. Located not in the noisy area. Just 10mins walk to Grand Plaza area & hot spot. Room is big & also the bed. But the window view not so good. It was blocked by the pillar. Overall it was good! 👍
