We booked for 3 rooms and ask whether can cancel one of the room and get a refund, they said yes but not in cash. They will write in to Hotel.com for the refund. Lastly, they told us we unable to get a refund because they decided to follow the terms and condition.

Needs lots of refurbishing, aircon not cold, tv is old, bathroom needs to upgrade, wifi reception poor
