Hello Tony, Thank you so much for your feedback. We investigated after you left and the plumber found air in the boiler :( This road is particularly busy in the summer with seaside traffic, plus we have roadworks a bit further up which means extra traffic lights and lots of stopping/starting traffic etc. Your compliment about the refurbishment is much appreciated. I am sorry to hear about these issues you have pointed in room you stayed. I belive the mattress was upgraded this year and you are first to say it is uncomfortable, but you are right we did have some problem with wi-fi on the top floor , but now it was sorted. We wish you the best.
