「The Sea Breeze was an economical stay in the Cape. Other options were super expensive so the Sea Breeze was great for our 3 night stay. The property is a little older but everything was clean and functional. The property is a 4 minute walk to the beach, 1 mile from the Kennedy Compound and 2.5 miles from Main Street. Boston is just 1.5 hours, Provincetown at the end of the cape is just an hour drive. We enjoyed Kate's Ice Cream, breakfast at the Daily Paper and supper ate Pizza Borbone...

「Very eclectic property with beautiful and unique furnishings. The concept of a guest house with full kitchen access, great inground pool, relaxing patio and garden seating and convenient both to Wellfleet to Brewster make this our new destination on the Cape」

「Had a wonderful stay at the fleetwing guest house. Beautiful restoration of an 1800' s stable house, still has original flooring. Very clean, nice beds, big upstairs room for families. Easy bike ride to beach or downtown shops and restaurants, and had a nice night sitting by the fire pit in a private back yard. Property owner was very prompt and helpful with any questions, will definitely be back!」

「Had a great time and loved being so close to the beach and to town. Walking to the beach was so easy and avoided the significant daily car parking charges at Cape Cod beaches. A/C worked great. Patio, grille and outdoor shower were a treat. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Many thanks.」

「Our family really enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor space! The house is well-maintained and had everything we needed as far as kitchenware, booster seat, beach chairs, towels, games, etc. We appreciated the homemade cinnamon bread and handwritten card, very thoughtful! The only suggestion we have is the house is on a busy road, which we weren't aware of. With small kids in our party, having a fence or treeline to close the property in would help with safety, privacy, and ease-of-mind.」
