"Sadly, my 102 year old father died while I was on a trip that culminated devastation caused by hurricane Helene. My husband and I had to make last-minute lodging reservations and Gene graciously helped us secure this delightful little cottage with a lovely neighbor who also provided much needed assistance. This little cottage was a gem for us in a very turbulent time in our lives! Many thanks!"

"Wonderful stay, the property and grounds are so beautiful and peaceful. Arrived at night and had no idea behind us was a beautiful field of cotton! Look forward to returning to this property!! Staff was so welcoming and do wine tastings for the guest. Just a great place!"
