Heller ikke god nok info om at man først må til Tjeldsundbrua kro og motell for å få nøkkel. Her burde det ligge tydelig info på hotels.com sin side! Ville gitt bedre total skåre om det ikke var uklar info om beliggenhet og innsjekking. Rimelig overnatting, rent og pent.」

「The host cancelled within a few days of travel, with a flimsy excuse of double booking through an alternative platform. Given the timescales involved none of this rings true and I’m furious that I had to book alternative accommodation at short notice and extra cost. Customer services were absolutely no help, kept yawning through my call, and made the Booking with confidence guarantee a joke.
