nice get away and not too far from hiking locations
it was very nice and peaceful. It was next to a home but it was still great as far as privacy goes had everything there that you needed accommodations were met and very clean. beds were very comfy.
Perfect place for our family of 5! Plenty of space. Hot tub was perfect after a full day of hiking and adventures. Centrally location between Harrison and Jasper. Check it out!
It was exactly what we needed. Great location for everything! Clean and every essential was there. No more then 40 minutes away from everything you needed!
The Host (Jessica) was very nice, she responded very quickly with any questions we had. The place is very nicely located if you looking for someplace thats close to a lot of hiking trails and beautiful scenery. The property was exactly as described which was perfect for my Wife and I, and we were able to travel with our dogs.
We had a nice, quiet birthday celebration. Had a great time seeing all the beautiful scenery and the fall foliage. The house was beautiful and quiet. Perfect for the retreat we needed to enjoy time with good friends. The owner was super easy to reach and extremely responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
Perfect launch site to motorcycle Arkansas's byways. Hike to waterfalls. Traverse caves. Explore Eureka Springs. The best part of a 10 hour day of fun, was coming home to the hot tub. The barn-o-minium is wonderful too. Our host did a great job providing everything we needed and some things we didn't know we needed. Thank you for sharing your fantastic home.
My bff and I came for a girls weekend and were absolutely blown away. The location was so serene, clean, and perfect in size! We used the pool but not the hot tub. Kitchen had enough utensils and plates to cook meals easily. Close enough to town for restaurants and shopping but far enough away to see the stars and hear the tree frogs. We have already decided we will bring our husbands next time....maybe. lol
frogs!
We chose the Moose Lodge as our home away from home for 6 nights. We found the property just as advertised. We used the pool and hot tub every day. It was nice to have the grill and fire pit. We loved that we could purchase extra firewood right on site. We found the beds comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful space the Moose Lodge is for you!
The pool & hot tub was unkept as well as the yard & hard to enjoy the back deck due to the septic smell every time the wind blew. Very dusty inside, stove had grease on it & missing a knob. No front porch swing. Had to wash sheets due to stains and hair before I was able to sleep on the bed. Overall it wasn’t a horrible stay I just wouldn’t stay again.
Stayed here 3 nights in late June 2023 with my family (2 little children included). We loved it. The well-kept pool, hot tub, fire pit area, and TV room made our time at this house a highlight of our trip. Very family friendly!
The property looked like it was listed. Beds were really not comfortable at all. Lots of bugs in the house. Everything else was okay.

Not what we thought
The house inside was nice, the outside deck was a bit dangerous I almost fell several times trying to get around the grill which was in walkway and the deck by the air-conditioner is not level. There are a lot of flies for some reason we could not figure out. It made hanging outside very miserable. The pool is way smaller then it looks and it not kept up, nor was the hot tub (so disgusting we had to clean both and try to get the chemical right which leads me to the storage box which hold the chemicals was a huge mess with powders spilled everywhere. So dangerous in my opinion. Also there is no phone reception for Att so you better screen shot your Wi-Fi password, the keybox code No phone service. This was very frustrating and it would have been nice to know this so we could have been prepared. Also there was a boil your water order but we had to be told by another hiker not to drink the water, so make sure that is not an issue. Air-conditioner worked great. We did have to ask to have the yard mowed when we asked for the code and password. The back yard around the pool was over grown and the sewer containment box was grown up. If your brining your dog like us watch out for the neighbors dogs, while the neighbor was mowing his dog got out and ran towards my dog and me the guy just yelled hey hey, how about get off the mower. Also our check out time was 11 but the owner sent a reminder that we need to be out at 10. Do not rent for pool you will be disappointed.
Very welcoming place to stay. Very clean and cutely decorated! Loved being able to see the stars at night in the hot tub. Small drive to most of the hiking trails.
