The only thing good about this hotel was the beds were comfy and the towels were fluffy. It was very dirty and unkept - the hallways had bits of garbage all through, dirt balls hanging on the walls and windows. There were no window screens. Very outdated. In our hotel room the bathroom door did not shut and if you did manage to shut it, you had a difficult time opening it. There was no a/c so it was very hot and because there were no window screens you couldn’t open the windows due to the fear of bugs coming in. The fridge was not clean, had a big brown stain in it. Stayed there with my minor daughter, will not stay here ever again, not worth it at all. I understand that it’s cheap to stay here, but there should be heath codes followed.

The pictures on the website are not what the rooms look like. They say they have complimentary breakfast, but they don't. They say there is a Courtyard restaurant but it is closed. When we asked the staff about the restaurant, I was told "Oh, they are only closed today and tomorrow" Sat and Sun..........lol. The A/C was broken, so they had portable units and fans in the rooms. The hotel is very run down and not cleaned very well. Location is the only thing this hotel has going for it!!!!

Very poorly managed. And they lie about their services. The rooms extremely dirty and very hot and the AC not working. No sink soap. Has to ask for everything. Very cheap. I would pay extra and go somewhere else. Also all the people were checking out today had same complains and also there sent card not work to get your damaged deposit back. For me and a lot of people. Until no money back. Terrible place to stay I advice don’t stay

Great location, within walking distance to any Harrison attraction. The amenities are old, relatively clean (with except of mold on the shower area. The room and bed were relatively clean. Biggest issue was in the middle of summer not having air conditioning.

Das Hotel ist sanierungsbedürftig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, die Decken rosten oder schimmeln. Wir haben das Zimmer getauscht, da die Vorhänge zerrissen und das Fenster nicht zu verschließen ging, da Klimageräte in die Fenster nachträglich installiert wurden und das Fenster aus diesem Grund immer offen steht. Im Patio wurden in einem Seitengang ausrangierte Möbel abgestellt,sodass dieser auch nicht zu nutzen war. Ich würde nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

NO AC, too hot in the room. Renovations are being done on the cheap. Overall condition of hotel is poor. Will not stay there again.

AC stopped working. They brought in a portable air conditioner. Bathroom ceiling was almost falling in. No pressure from the sink, however, the shower pressure was great. Would not recommend this place. Front desk staff were nice.

I was appalled by the condition of the room and all the common areas. The common areas looked like they had not been dusted or vacuumed toe months. The elevator has not been wiped down and there were messy finger print marks every where. I wished I had gloves when I had to push the button. The entire ceiling was water damaged and was flaking. It was repaired by an amateur who was just covering it up. There was one section by the bathroom that had a huge piece of drywall screwed to the ceiling. The bathroom tap dripped and had lime deposits all over it. The bathroom ceiling was warped, discoloured and absolutely the most disgusting thing you would ever expect in a hotel. The air conditioner was literally balanced on the edge of the windowsill and a metal strap was holding it in place. The room was unsanitary and in my opinion has many health and safety issues. We asked the front desk to help and would not offer another room. The only solution was to give us a refund for 3 of the 4 nights. We left 3 messages and 3 emails for the manager to contact us. Nothing. It was 2 in the morning and we ended up at the most wonderful hotel in the world. Triple the money but my wife and I could not stomach the thought of spending one night there. See the attached pictures. They say it all.
