The property on the outside was very nice clean. As for the front desk, we never got greeted or Welcomed Not very much was said to us. We had two towels in a room and in order to get more we had to go back down to the front desk and ask for them . It’s time to shower now I go to dry myself And the towel is covered in stains. I checked the Towels and they were all stained. I couldn’t change them because the front desk was already closed. Now to top things off Their pillows really suck very soft no support at all so I’ll go again back down to the front desk and guess what they ran out of pillows. Totally amazing. When I go to check out, guess what now the front desk is closed we had check out of 11 AM we left at 9 AM and no one was there to check us out. We left the keys in a little basket along with all the other keys that were left there from other customers! If you’re looking for Mediocre and poor customer service and satisfaction then this is your place!!

I enjoyed the modern look of the property. There were many pros and a few cons. Check in was quick and easy. The elevator motor smelled as if it needs a repair. As soon as we opened the door to our room the smell of urine hit us and it was strong. We later found it was coming from the entire floor which they probably used ammonium to clean. We had to buy febreeze to keep our senses at ease. There were a few large stains on the top sheet which we set aside and didn't use. In the evening, someone on the other side of our bed headboard kept hitting the wall for a half hour. We enjoyed everything else and we're able to get decent rest. The shopping center and restaurants are very close by.

There was nothing in the room to make anything to eat offer kitchen but nothing to use. Called front desk to ask for coffee maker was told I need to purchase. The room smelled like arm pits and not clean. Bed sheets were stained. This was not even worth the amount we paid.
