The home was fully remodeled (98%) and everything is new. Find everything you need within 30 miles of this gorgeous gem. It is located close to restaurants, shopping, hospitals, golf courses, beaches at South Padre Island, wildlife refuges, city parks, top-rated zoo, and more. If relaxing at home is more your style, this spacious house has a fully equipped kitchen, 4k TV's w/internet & Roku's, fishing, huge pool, and patio. Smoking is allowed only outside. Memorial

Due to a death in the family the need to find a home to accommodate was last minute. We were blessed to have the availability. Very nice neighborhood and close to everything we needed. Having a tragedy in the family it was so nice to have a place to relax and regroup.

Family Vacation

We all loved your place. We had 15 people staying there and nobody was in each others way. The kids loved the pool and watching the ducks. House was beautiful and very well cleaned. Looking forward to next year and hopefully we can get the same house. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Fantastic Home

This is our second stay in this beautiful home. The location for us was right in the middle between South Padre Island and San Juan basilica. The view from the backyard is breath taken. The swimming pool was nice and clean. All the rooms were family friendly. The house is very spacious and it gives you a feeling that you are in your own home. I highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone. The property owners Ruth Rodriguez and her husband were fantastic. They showed genuine concern and sincere interest in our happiness during our stay in their home. We will definitely come back very soon. Until then thank you Mr.&Mrs. Rodriguez for your hospitality. Worth every dollar

This home was perfect for our large family we had an amazing time. The house is fully stocked. Everybody felt comfortable very large home. Thank you for allowing us to have family over for a small gathering for our mother's birthday. Even family that lived in town wanted the information on this home to rent for future events. Thank you again we will definitely be back very soon. It was definitely worth every single dollar.

Perfect Getaway

If you’re looking for a great getaway, this is the perfect rental property . This house was not only beautiful but welcoming. Can’t forget to mention the amazing view of the lake from the balcony. The house was very spacious, clean and organized. Ruth communicated throughout our stay and made sure everything met our expectations, and It sure did! I will definitely be back.

Excellent and Enjoyable Stay

The house was outstanding and the location was beautiful. I highly recommend this house to anyone who has a large family and likes a great view of the lake. The house was very clean and organized. Unplanned Family Reunion

We needed a place to house family for the funeral of my mother in law as well as a place for family and friends to gather after the services. Luckily we found this home listed very close to the airport and the funeral chapel. We were able to have all of her children and grandchildren along with their families who were able to come stay together in this lovely home. The home is exquisite and very well decorated. It was equipt with everything we wanted or needed to be together. Ruth (the owner) was very gracious and was able to accommodate our every request. They even had tables stored in the garage that we were able to use to set up a buffet out on the porch for the reception. The pool and lake can be seen and accessed from several exits, the balconey can be accessed from two second floor bedrooms and the ducks from the lake come up and create wonderful beautiful scenery. I would not hesitate to stay here again should the opportunity present itself. A perfect place for family gatherings. It would be a wonderful home to have an outdoor wedding in the back yard. We have stayed in temporary rentals all over the nation but none of the properties and hosts were as pleasant or as well supplied as Ruth's. She was so accomodating and responsive to any questions, she was a joy to work with. Wishing her all the best and lots of successful hosting opportunities
