「Unkept building in need of desperate repair. Interior unclean to include dirt in closet, rust on stove burners, and unsightly counter. Unable to enter with information provided but an hour after arriving received needed information. Upon seeing interior decided we shouldn't have to settle for property in unsatisfactory condition. Notified owner who has refused a refund. VRBO finally offered a refund for their portion but owner will not refund based on "their policies" even though we did not...
