Great Place in Hardy

The place was very nice. Big bonus that our 2 dogs were allowed and didn't cost an arm and a leg to have them there. Loved that it was in walking distance to downtown Hardy!

Overall, it was a good rental. The place itself, clean and roomy. Full kitchen which I didn’t take advantage of. It was quiet and peaceful. There is someone living above but the very occasional floor thumping (not loud or late) was not an issue. Good stuff. - location was perfect for me. If you want to explore downtown, it’s perfect. Casey’s is a minute away by car for coffee and gas. Corer both for breakfast is a 2 minute walk. Nothing special food wise but certainly decent. - it is roomy and when all is said and done… it’s beats the heck out of the two local motels (stayed in both, both are horrible but expensive for what you don’t get) - it’s easy to relax here. It’s comfortable Getting down to the nitty gtitty (didn’t have a significant impact on my stay). - some kind of guide for the TV setup. For me it came down to Netflix or Prime Video. Unable to watch any evening college or NFL football. Couldn’t find local or network news/weather - Bushes/plants out side the door need to be trimmed (way) back. The grass was long but it was mowed a couple days into my stay. I was asked to move my Truck for the mowing, beyond me why? I was there and it wasn’t a big deal but no one came and said I could move my Truck back. - don’t depend on the hand rail for the steps into the rental. It is not solid and moves around if you use it. - maybe a modern flat screen size wise? You can get a 52” for peanuts now. The one in the apt is maybe 36”? Would I stay here again? ‘YES”

Family woeekend

The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There was plenty of room to spread out. We will try to stay there again when we visit family in a neighboring town.

Very clean and comfortable

This place was very comfortable for my daughter and I. The a/c was great and it stayed nice and cool even in 100 degree weather. If I had a gripe it would be there arent enough pots, pans, plates, and cups. We really liked the location and will book again when we come to hardy.

Property owner was very nice and responded very quickly. The apt was very clean and I was more than pleased with my stay. Easy walk or drive to downtown Hardy. The neighbors were very nosy all night but that’s really the only complaint I had. Everything else was perfect.

My wife and I were wanting to sneak away for Valentine's Day and I was very pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gym. I was looking for a really nice room, but found a 2 bedroom apartment! The most amazing part was the very affordable price! The host was helpful, friendly and available. We were in walking distance of the grocery store, and a short drive to to every restaurant we went to. With a full kitchen, spacious living area, wifi, comfortable bed, and even an extra bed room there's no reason why I would pick a hotel, or motel room next time I go to Hardy! Also there was an extra bed room with 2 twin beds so I'm sure we will be coming back with the kids this summer! I highly recommend it!

Lacks needed disclosure

The property was clean and has nice sized kitchen/living area. Our stay was quiet. No glasses in cabinets. Nice refrigerator. Kitchen table not comfortable. Bathroom is small with a low toilet. Both bedrooms have no window for safe egress in event of fire. This should be disclosed and may be against building codes. Only one smoke detector. Appears upper level units are longterm rentals. These things should be disclosed.

I had some trouble getting address and check in instructions but once I got the information from the host it was good. He was pleasant and apologised. It was nice and spacious for four. Beds are a little hard and tv is small and hard to see.Mostly a good place to stay and close to everything.

We have stayed there before and chose it again so I think that speaks to how we were pleased with the reservation. Love that shops are close enough to walk to weather permitting. Crystal and Jody are very helpful and responsive if you need them for anything. Thank yo!
