"Staff does not speak great English. Shower chair was not stable and was not usable. How does 2 queen's sleep 5 people?? Thought there was a couch. Breakfast was TERRIBLE and no help was there. The only option was waffle (that stuck and didn't cook all the way through) and toast."

"At first glance everything looks fantastic. Once in the room the problems show up. Air conditioning was not on so the room was warm. Adjusted thermostat. Bathroom door sticking so bad that opening and closing it sounded like a car accident was happening. Ordered dinner. Tried to take a bath after dinner to soak my legs and realized the bathtub was broken. I went downstairs and asked the desk clerk if there was a trick to get the metal piece back onto the drain so I could soak. There was an obvious language barrier and he assured me not to worry that the floor wouldn’t flood and the water would drain. I finally gave up when he said they would fix it in the morning. At 1030 we realized that the room was getting warmer not colder. I went downstairs and told them that the AC was all the way down and the room was 85 degrees. It was so hot we couldn’t fall sleep. They said they would fix it in the morning. I asked for a fan which thankfully they obliged. It was a miserable night of sleep. My husband discussed the issues including the air conditioner freezing up and spitting ice out in the middle of the night with the manager this morning and was told they would look into it. We weren’t even complaining about the peeling paint or the crooked too small toilet seat. This room was too expensive for this type of blasé customer service. Not once was I offered a different room. Hotels.com contacted property and property refused to refund since we checked out of the room this morning."

"I always stay here but the upkeep this time was extremely poor. The dishwasher had a foul smell coming from it which made the room stink. When I checked in I waited 15 minutes at the front desk while the worker hung out in the office socializing with someone. You could hear the whole inappropriate conversation. I will be using another facility from now on."
