"The location was excellent, and the accommodation provided was very comfortable. Our tour guide, Vishal, was highly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He guided us throughout the city, sharing detailed information and insights while ensuring we visited all the major temples and important places in and around the holy city. "Worst experience ever, firstly they took for ver to check me in as they hadn’t received the payment while one of your agents also spoke to them and tried to confirm the payment was done but still they wouldn’t let us in for an hour or so and the gave us a bad room with wet, swollen walls and room was smelling muggy. Then comes the bed, pillows were dirty with stains and when pointed to the staff, they arrogantly says what’s wrong with it however they did change it for another shabby ones. Floors and bathrooms weren’t cleaned in months it looked like and to top it up, they wouldn’t let us checkout unless we paid for the rooms again after having paid for it on your website. Overall most terrible experience and horrible stay at this hotel. "
