Dear Mr. Masayoshi, We thank you for letting us know that our hotel facilities did not meet your expectation. Flowing the hotel design, the hotel is in Indochina Oriental design so that it might not be bright as other hotel and also we are located in the crowded area with a lot of high buildings next to each other. Therefore it is difficult to build all the rooms with windows. We so sorry for bringing you any inconvenience. In the future, we do look forward to welcome you back with other better room.
