We are so sorry as during your stay, our hotel has fully booked so that we cannot give you any upgrading of the room.Also, as you know that the hotel is located in the old quarter which is very busy area with high houses next to each other. All the rooms are difficult to be designed with all window. That is the reason why your deluxe double bed room is without window.However, we take a big note for any chance when you travel back to our hotel we will prepare a nicer room.We look forward to seeing you.Kind regards,

小さく古い建物であるが清潔感はある。 初日、シャワーの出が悪く、またお湯が出なかったが2日目に調整してもらい回復。 朝食は品目が少ないものの合格レベル。 スタッフはきちんとしている。 市街地なので致し方ないが一晩中外がうるさい。

受付スタッフは一生懸命お仕事をして宿泊者に気を使っていました。 レストランもていねいに教えてくれて助かりました。 私の部屋は狭く 日本のビジネスホテル並みでした。 気になったのは掃除です。毎日ベッドメイクはしてくれるのですが、あまり掃除をしません。ゴミ箱を空にしないこともありました。使用したコーヒーカップやシャワー室の床に置いたタオルも交換しないことがありました。 お客さんも多いので忙しいのでしょう。

価格、サービス、ローケーション最高のホテルです。 スタッフの皆さんが宿泊者に声をかけたり丁寧なサービスを心がけていることが伝わります。 ローケーションは、旧市街の真ん中にあり各観光に歩いていけますし、タクシーを利用しても高額にはなりません。 朝食についても、コンパクトながら美味しい料理を提供しておりゆっくり過ごすことができました。 またハノイ滞在時は宿泊したいし、友人にもおすすめしたいホテルです。

Flowing the hotel design, the hotel is in Indochina Oriental design so that it might not be bright as other hotel and also we are located in the crowded area with a lot of high buildings next to each other. Therefore it is difficult to build all the rooms with windows. We so sorry for bringing you any inconvenience. In the future, we do look forward to welcome you back with other better room. 便利な立地で、ホテルも清潔で広い部屋(401)でした。入浴のアメニティ、ドライヤー、金庫も完備されており、シャワーの水圧も申し分なし。 朝食のスタッフの感じがとても良かったです。 チェックアウトの時に、大したことではないのですが、バスマットの汚れというかシミについて記載したら、荷物を回収して出発する際にそのフィードバックをくれました。とてもしっかりしていて、お勧めできるホテルです。
