立地は観光にはとても良いです。
立地は観光にはとても良いです。 建物は写真とは全然違います。 エレベーターはスイートルームにしか繋がっていません。 朝食は美味しくないです。

写真と実物は全然違う
写真と実物は全然違います。 室内は暗く、窓の外に格子があるので、光も入ってきません。 最初７階の部屋に案内されましたが、天井が斜めに下がっていたので、６階の部屋に変えてもらいました。やはり天井が一部下がっていて、全体的に高さも低いです。 さらに下階の部屋を見たら、天井が少し高かったので、階数によって違いがありそうです。 又、エレベーターが到着するのは、スイートルームだけで、そのほかの部屋はエレベーターを降りた後、階段を利用することになります。 １階のレストランで朝食ビュッフェを食べましたが、マズイです。 連泊しましたが、２泊目以降は自分でパンを買って部屋で食べました。 スイートルームを覗いたら、写真のインテリアに近かったですが、他のグレードの部屋は写真とは似て非なるものでした。 良いのは値段と立地です。

とても良かったです
このホテルは、本当に良かったです。 落ち着いたインテリアで、掃除も行き届いて いました。 外の喧騒とは別世界で、室内はとても静かでした。 スタッフの方も、とてもフレンドリーでよく気がついてくれます。 外は賑やかですが、場所は便利です。 バス停から少し歩きますが、空港から86番のバスで35000ドンで来れます。 帰りは、ハノイ駅までタクシー30000ドルで、そこから86番のバスで空港まで行きました。 ハノイに来る機会があれば、是非また泊まりたいです。

It is a wonderful hotel.
The staff of the hotel responded very kindly. We were able to stay very clean and meaningful. The location was also very good. I would like to stay again next time. The only thing that is worrisome about one thing is that the hot water in the bathroom shower gets cold, so I'd like you to consider improvement at the hotel.

部屋の蛇口油温が熱湯、要注意！　他は文句なし。
部屋の洗面およびシャワーの給湯口からは熱湯が出ます。先ず水の蛇口を開栓をしてから湯の蛇口を開栓しましょう。大袈裟ではなくうっかりすると火傷をします。　このことにさえ注意すれば、スタッフも親切で便利な場所にあり、安くて快適なホテルだと思います。　バスタブ付を期待していましたがシャワーだけでした。　部屋に冷蔵庫（ウエットバー）、無料ミネラル水あり。

Would like to stay here again
Staffs were great. They can speak English very well, provides information sufficiently, and helped us a lot. I believe they deserve more than $50. Also, I liked its neighbor. we could find great pho restaurant within 10 min. walk, and the best Bun Cha restaurant as well. If I have chance to visit Hanoi again, I am sure choose this hotel again. Thank you staffs!

旧市街の中のホテルですが、道路沿いの部屋ではなかったのでとても静かでした。（外が）蒸し暑い中だったので、ちょっと休んでから夕食へ、とかいう事もできてよかったです。英語が通じます。

Great location to access shops and sights. Staff are very helpfull and try their best. The only issue is the fact they struggle to understand English. Our pick up from the airport did not turn up. We had to contact the hotel with the help of a local to get it sorted.

The property is well located in Old Quarter, walkable distance from the lake, the church and the water puppet show venue. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom were spacious with bathtub. Air conditioning was perfect. Breakfast spread was decent. Staff was courteous but should be more comfortable with English. Toilet seat was missing jet spray.

This hotel is reasonably priced with excellent & exceptional service. Staff is very efficient, friendly, warm, courteous, very responsive & fast to guests' requests. I was so touched when I reached my room that night when I saw a box of pretty birthday cake on the table with a birthday greeting note. Hong Ngoc Dynasties 's staff are exceptional. Thank you.
