Only one hotel front desk staff is very fluent I'm English but they are all very friendly and helpful. Though I requested for high floors, I was given ground floor. Later, they change it to second floor. They did not clean the room on daily basis. No breakfast or free mineral water. Though there is a sign called no smoking but people smoke in the corridor. The smoking air gets into my room.

Réclamation
Personnel plutôt aimable mais ne fait pas d'effort pour comprendre l'anglais. Demande de faire la chambre à plusieurs reprises (pourtant en Vietnamien), eau noire ou coupures d'eau à de multiples reprises, jamais je n'étais prévenue !

Hotel very close to many supermarkets, cafes & restaurants. 5mins away from Times City Super mall very convenient. Good value for money.
