Had a problem with booking. Hotel staff was not very helpful and suggested me to call Hotels.com to resolve problem. Hotels.com resolved the issue, but this episode took some time, it cost an international phone call and all in all spoiled the stay. Good Hot Pot restaurant though and I can only praise the restaurant staff. They were superb.

Preiswertes Hotel mit allem was man braucht.

Ausstattung von der Minibar bis Zahnbürsten komplett. Auch Tastatur und Monitor waren in dem Zimmer, ob wie Internet funktioniert hat habe ich aber nicht getestet. Das Mobiliar war aber schon etwas älter, so waren die 2 Stühle etwas wackelig und der Schreibtischstuhl nicht verstellbar. Dies könnte für Leute über 1,80 m problematisch sein, da der Tisch mit Schublade gerade für mich mit meinen 1,76 m optimal war. Die Vorhänge hätte auch mal wieder eine Wäsche vertragen können. Verkehrstechnisch lag das Hotel gut, heißt ca. 10 - 15 min. mit dem Bus vom Stadzentrum/Westsee. Eine U-Bahn in Hotelnähe befindet sich im Bau. Das Personal war freundlich. Es konnten aber nicht alle Englisch - bei meinen 3 - 4 komplexeren Anfragen war immer jemand aufzutreiben.

Hotel good value!

The staff is pleasant but not much communication can be done in English. I can get what I need though with a little effort. I picked the hotel for it's proximity to my son's apartment. They have many coupons for their breakfast and lunch buffets. The food is acceptable but not as hot as I would like some of the dishes. All in all a great value to stay here. Found a Pizza Hut, Starbucks and KFC close by, also a McDonalds up the street if you miss your American style food!
