"The staff were very friendly and proactive, reaching out with texts and calls before my arrival and providing clear instructions for using the heater. The road conditions were good, and the location is excellent. Just a short walk to the river and the bridge. It’s quiet and nicely removed from the busier South Lake Tahoe area.
The property offers convenient amenities like a microwave and a hot water dispenser. One improvement that would make winter stays even better would be a small communal area for breakfast or simple meal prep, so guests don’t have to eat in the room and risk making a mess."

"The Cabin is gorgeous inside! And the view of the mountain and Carson River, plus a fun swing out back while the water rushes by. We loved it. The kitchen has just what you need plus condiments and a full pantry of snacks. The fire was warm and cozy, and beds comfy. Even the bunk beds, which are full size not twin. Toys and games were a hit too. And there is a campground right outside the front door with tons of opportunity for playing in the snow. "
