With a queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen (intended for guests to cook and serve meals if and when desired :) ), and a pretty lounge area, this is ideal for friends, family, or couples. Roll-away bed for third guest can be provided on request

The space
Pros: You have an amazing golf course view from your apartment. You can even access a carefully maintained golf course field for picnics or sunbathing (the golf course is not active currently).
Cons: Work ongoing in the parking area, is expected to be finished soon.
The bedroom and additional living area do not have any windows, but the kitchen and dining/living area have enough natural light.

Cancellation Policy:
100% (minus a $35 non-refundable processing fee) refund if the reservation is canceled at least 60 days before the arrival date.
50% refund if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
