"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were...

Winsen (Luhe)

Genauerer Hinweis in Beschreibung, bezgl. Duschsituation wären wünschenswert. Verbesserung der Beleuchtungssituation auf dem Steg."

Reichshof Hotel Hamburg

10/10 Excellent

"Very close to quieter side of the station. Staffs are very helpful. I really enjoyed the stay."

The Cloud One Hamburg-Kontorhaus

8/10 Good

"The hotel lobby and bar are extremely unique and comfortable with large chairs and comfy couches everywhere. The breakfast was expensive for what was available (primarily cold foods and a coffee machine). Staff were friendly and accommodating, although the bottled water wasn't available to everyone and for the cost of the rooms this was exceptionally disconcerting. I booked a king size bed but when I got to the room it was a very small room and only a queen size bed. Still Loved the look and it was in a great central location for our needs."

Prize by Radisson, Hamburg City

8/10 Good

"The staff were helpful and breakfast was great. The coffee was great and the selection fantastic. The room could have used a better cleaning but it wasn’t terrible. It was just not as good as I expected. The carpet in the room was stained and I think a better cleaning job should have been done. Still I would consider staying here again"
