The Sand Bar - Heart of Hampton Beach!

Welcome to The Sand Bar. Centrally located in downtown Hampton Beach! Only 1 block from the ocean. Right near the main boardwalk with great shops, beaches, parks, restaurants and some great entertainment. This is a private cottage offering 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. You also get own private porch. Come relax in your home away from home.

The Space:
This is private cottages less than 500 feet from the beach offering 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, 1 bathrooms, and a full kitchen.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire cottage. The Sand Bar has parking for 2 normal or smaller sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.

The Neighborhood:
The Sand Bar is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. We are less than 400 feet from the Ocean Blvd where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. The ocean is also directly across the street.

Getting Around:
The Sand Bar has parking for 2 normal or smaller sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. You can walk from the rental to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.

Other Things to Note:
There are a total of five cottages that share a parking lot. All of them are available to rent alone or together for large groups.
