Overall was a good place to stay. Kind of deceiving that it says steps away from the beach and shows pics of the beach like its right there but its about a block down. Not a big deal was just a little disappointing after seeing the pics. Couldn't even see the water but all in all a good place to stay. Rates are a little steep for off-season and nothing around being open. But was a good place to crash each night

A lovely, contemporary home just a short walk from the beach. The house was clean and well equipped. The owners were always quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend them and their beach house.

Gil and Traci were perfect hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with all the modern conveniences of home. The place is more beautiful and spacious than the pictures portrayed. We visited from Kansas City and have recommended to family and friends nearby. We will rent again if back in the area. Thank you so much, Traci and Gil!

The place looked just as it was listed. It was clean and very organized! My family and I were only there for a one night stay. Wish we could have stayed longer but we were in the area for a ceremony. Highly recommend this place as it very close to the beach. Will love to rent it again in the summer!

perfect for our family of 4

Our stay here was excellent. The home was modern and clean, welcoming with plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The location couldn't be better. Close enough to the beach to walk within minutes, yet also quiet street. The host was very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property! We have had some bad experiences in the past and this place exceeded our expectations in so many ways! It is absolutely beautifully designed and decorated. It was very clean and they provided so much (linens, toilet paper, towels, beach stuff, etc…) Anything you needed was there! One of the best parts was that it was pet friendly and we were able to enjoy our vacation with our dog for the first time! The location is amazing with the beach right across the street. The area in general was pretty quiet and the neighbor was very friendly as well. Communication with the hosts Traci and Gil was fantastic and they were super accommodating. Another plus is that there is an extra parking space in case you have 2 cars or visitors during your stay. We loved everything about our stay and hope to be back on a regular basis!

We had a great week in this beach house. The location was fantastic and the house was clean. The fact that towels, linens, and beach gear were included was a bonus. We loved having a washer and dryer as well. The keyless entry was also a plus since we never had to worry about passing keys around or losing them at the beach. We would definitely stay again if vacationing in Hampton Beach.

This was a great place to stay! The cottage was super cute and had everything we needed! It was very clean and had plenty of space for everybody. The house and decorations were very nice and upscale. It was an easy walk to the beach and every place else that we wanted to go. We would definitely like to stay here again.
