Les chambres sont vieilles: les rideaux sont sales et la salle de bain vétuste. La nourriture à peine mieux qu'une cantine et il a fallu insister pour faire chauffer la piscine intérieure qui était très froide au début. Pas de WIFI dans les chambres et la télé capte à moitié. Les boissons au petit déjeuner sont des pseudo-jus chimique et les cuisiniers utilisent la même spatule pour les œufs aux plat et les crèpes, faites en avance puis réchauffées sur la plaque à la demande.

D'abord déçu par Expedia, car j'avais réservé une chambre en all inclusive premium, et l'hôtel n'a pas eu ce type de réservation et je n'ai donc pas eu droit aux boissons alcoolisées gratuites. Le personnel de service au restaurant n'était pas aimable. Par contre, le personnel de chambre était ok. L'établissement est d'une façon générale vieillot, avec beaucoup d'imperfections (par ex : baie vitrée de la chambre ne fermant plus)

Good for couples and families

Stay overall was good. I had friends staying at another hotel about 1km away and this proved to be a pain. If you want to have dinner with them or they with you it's not cheap. In the end it was better to buy a pass for my friend so they could access my hotel to eat but this is annoying when you've both paid all inclusive. SO TRY BOOK THE SAME HOTEL. Obviously this doesn't happen very often as the hotel weren't sure how to sort this out for me to start with. Anyway room was good, food was good, the facilities are pretty good but not a big party spot for singles. Better for families and couples.

Confermo le precedenti recensioni positive per quanto riguarda:- PULIZIA STANZE : giornaliere, abbastanza curate - CIBO/RISTORAZIONE: buono, sano.....anche se la varietà dei menù è cosa inesistente, mangerete le stesse cose per tutti i giorni della vostra permanenza. Si notava un problema di personale e di attrezzatura del personale per la ristorazione, nel senso che c'erano molti camerieri per pulire i tavoli (toglievano tutto anche se solo ti eri alzato per prendere qualcosa) ma poco personale dietro ai buffet. Il cuoco della griglia carne doveva passare gli attrezzi al collega della griglia pesce perchè non avevano due palette per girare il cibo sulla piastra.....tutti i giorni si creava una fila consistente a causa di questo banale tarlo nell'organizzazione. I cibi cotti, messi nei portapietanze riscaldati, non mantenevano la temperatura: si mangiavano sempre le pietanze fredde (patatine fritte comprese). Sconsiglio il kebab perchè servito crudo, sempre !!!! (come se iniziassero a cuocerlo troppo tardi rispetto agli orari del pranzo e della cena).Tutto sommato la struttura è carina ma credo che in periodo di grande affluenza possa patire problemi di congestione e ingorhi!E' una struttura che tiene 1500 persone che se riversate tutte nella spiaggia e nella piscina o nei ristoranti AVREBBERO problemi di movimento (spazi molto piccoli). Nel ns periodo eravamo in 200 clienti e quindi avevamo il nostro "giusto" spazio per muoverci eper godere di spiaggia/piscina/ristorante

Fantastic Easter break

You arrive through big metals gates, and are welcomed by a very grand reception area with the biggest chandelier! The hotel is a fair size and very well run. There is a member of staff allocated for each area of the hotel to keep it clean even someone that sweeps the beach! Our room was a little tired but very clean and we had new sheets and new towels everyday. They also filled our fridge with water, coke and fanta (free of charge) which was fab. As it was slightly out of season not all activities were running and some bars were closed. In the height of the summer, I'm sure you couldn't beat this hotel. The food was fantastic, very fresh, and a huge choice. The waiters were fantastic and very friendly. The pool area was equally very clean, with very good quality and comfy sunbeds. The water was very cold and only my son braved it, but there is also an indoor pool which is as hot as a bath for those who are less brave. Overall, well worth every penny, and I am very tempted to go again in the summer.

Un bon séjour

Nous étions une familles avec trois petit enfants, le personnel de l'hotel est trés serviable. Il ont tout fait pour nous trouver une chambre familiale avec vue sur mer :) Je remercie particulièrement le jeune demoiselle de la réception: souriante, charmante et serviable Le menu est varié, du poisson tous les jours... chose rare dans les hotels 4* tunisiens. L'animation est sympatique les enfant se sont biens régalés. Bref je recommande cet hotel. Seul inconvinient: l'Hotel est loin de la ville

j'ai passé avec ma femme pour la 2ème fois une éxellente semaine de vacances au paradis palace hotel et tous ca grace au personel qui veille toujour a notre satisfaction jours et nuits . nous avons aimer tous dans l'hotel sans exeption et sans souci l endroit les chambres modernes la haute gamme et la decoration de linterieur et aussi de l exterieur les pissines le centre de fitness et du soins massages different qualité et hammam souna les restaurants et bars , l animation tout les soirées j'ai rien a dire seulement merci beaucoup a tous le personel a la recption au restaurants au bars au café femmes de menage ,Guest Relation dame et a monsieur chaabane merci encore et a la prochaine fois bientot

excellent hôtel, j'y retournerais volontiers. Les repas (petit-déjeuner et diner) sont très variés et très bons sauf le repas du réveillon de la St Sylvestre que je n'ai pas aimé. Dans tous les cas, je recommande cet hôtel.

Nice Hotel

Hotel is very clean though toilets need a little bit improvement. Eveing entertainment is great and is for all the family. A lot of choice for breakfast but unfortunatelt did not enjoy the dinner. General Manager is a very helpful person. I did not like the Gala dinner on Christmas eve and he asked Chef to make something of my choice. Over all had good experience. The only bad thing about the hotel is that there is no room service even for tea or coffee.

les bijoux de ma femme qui étaient soigneusement cacher dans sa valise ont disparut c'est vraiment très grave que des gens est fouiller et volés pendant notre absence a la piscine et quand on fait la réclamation soit disant ils ne sont pas responsable merci merci
