Expect loud kids everywhere and at all times: at the pool, at the restaurant, at the lounge bar, on the beach, even at the "club" at 1.00AM you may find yourself dancing next to a few 6 years old kids. I thought it was a "family friendly" resort, it turned out this is a "family only" place. It is a pity that non-family guests do not have a few calm kids-free area. The 16+ pool is the smallest. Gardens are lovely but the overall infrastructure is now ageing and, in earnest, I would rate it as a 4* and not a true 5*. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance and outdoor pools are not heated therefore outside summer water may get uncomfortably cold. If you love to sleep till late, get a room as far away as possible from the main pool area. We wanted to sleep till late but it was simply impossible. We have been waken up (note I slept with earplugs) every morning with the super loud water gym session. No way we could sleep till late. The pool areas and beaches are too small for the amount of guests. Even in mid October (really low season) it was difficult to find a sun bed also because people have the really bad habit of blocking the beds with a towel and then go away. This was October, I think during summer finding a sun bed is mission impossible. I don't think I will come back, if you instead have a family with kids this may be a good option. There is plenty of food at the buffets and it is of good quality. A final note: staff is really really kind and super helpful.

Absolutely brilliant place, we'll be back!

We had a brilliant stay, meant to come for a relaxing break but ended up doing so many activities! Staff were super friendly and the food selection was brilliant. The variety of pools is great and the selection of activities is huge! Not somewhere to go if you want a quiet, relaxing time perhaps but would recommend it to couples, friends, singles, and families alike for a great beach, activities, pools, and fab food!

We enjoyed our stay at this resort and had no issues except one thing. The plumbing in our shower would not drain properly and we asked the front desk several times to fix it, but they never did. That was our only complaint. The staff, pools, bars, accommodations and food were all very nice.

Le service de la.plage est terrible. Le personnel de sécurité est irrespectueux et non professionnel. Il faut les soudoyer pour avoir un parasol!! Vraiment déçu :(

Leider haben sich unsere Erwartungen nicht erfüllt. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das Zimmer war eher spärlich eingerichtet, Klimaanlage (Heizung) war sehr laut und hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Restaurants waren nur im Sparbetrieb, zum Teil hat es sogar an Wasser gefehlt. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und auch das Wassersportangebot ist ausgezeichnet. Leider jedoch keine Fünfsterne und es gibt definitiv günstiger und bessere Alternativen in Hammamet.
