A part la chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et l'Hotel au bord de la mer, tout le reste et à vaumir. recyclage de la nourriture, l'eau, les verres en plastique. toute la semaine on a les mêmes menus et desserts. Les assiettes. les verres et les couverts sales. les chambres pas bien nettoyées, les serviettes de bains arrivent toujours très tard dans la journée et jamais le bon nombre, ..... C'est un cauchemar.

Une semaine à vaumir

A l'arriveé ils m'ont enregistré sous un autre nom. Ila ne voulez pas me laisser entrer. C'est lorsque j'ai insisté qu'ils m'ont demandé de voir avec la reception. J'ai résérvé et payer ma chambre le 17 mars. Je suis resté étonné qu'ils ont commencé à me chercher une chambre quand je suis arrivé. Pendant une semaine on a mangé de la nourriture reciclée. Les assiettes et les verres etaient sales, le service à table l'ont transformer en self service : quand on demande une fourchette, un couteau, une serviette ou un verre, on nous mentre ou il se trouve et qu'il faut qu'on se déplace pour les chercher. Ils reciclent les verres en plastiques, l'eau qui reste dans les bouteilles entamées par les clients, les fruits etaient pourris, on reçoit les linges dans la chambre trop tard dans la journée et pour couronner le tout, toujours moins que le nombre qu'il nous faut, ....Pendant toute une semaine on nous a proposé les mêmes desserts,....

Hôtel accueillant, avec un personnel qui nous traite comme des rois. Le taxi 5 dinars pour aller à Jasmine ou Cartage Land la ville la plus proche. On y a été 10 jours, ça a été 10 jours de pur plaisir. Personne n'a été désagréable. Certains étaient très gentils d'autre moins amicaux, plus professionnelles, mais tous étaient respectueux. On arrive ils nous déchargent de nos bagages. La femme de ménage apprêtait notre lit avec toujours des décorations dessus. Il y a des animateurs dans l'hôtel Salammbô, ils n'arrêtent pas de danser et d'amuser la galerie. Point fort: - Haute sécurité. Beaucoup de policiers sur les routes etc. - Gentillesse et respect, on est traité comme des rois. Point faibles: - La nourriture était trop répétitive, mais il y avait beaucoup de choix - Maltraitent pour les animaux mais dans toute la Tunisie, ils tapent les animaux et on voit quels manquent d'eau.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel sur la plage.

Club qui vient de passer sous l'enseigne Lookéa. Nous étions très peu nombreux en cette réouverture. Chambre très spacieuse, bonne literie, salle de bains correcte. L'hôtel est très propre. Restaurant les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue mer extra. Animation agréable en journée (sports, jeux..). Soirées un peu décevantes (beaucoup de jeux, peu de spectacles). Pour sortir de l'hôtel et se rendre en ville il faut prendre le taxi.

Le l'à fait 15 Ans quand vas dans set hôtel,

En commencent par le Directeur général très sympa. Et tous le personnel, après j'ai mais habitude, comme j'ai dit se l'à fait 15 Ans que je suis client de set hôtel SALAMMBÔ!!!!

Hotel très joli et agréable en bordure de mer, la nourriture est bonne et le personnel professionnel. Un seul regret sur le manque d'animations avec les installations existantes (beach volley, terrain multisport ...) seules activités proposées, fléchettes et aquagym!

Rude staff.

The staff at Salammbo were rude and completely unhelpful. Tried to book excursions and the only thing they would tell me is to get a taxi and then they would point down the drive and say to go down there. I was there for 5 days before the Animators even noticed me there. The beach was fine and the weather was perfect but that doesn't really make up for the staff and for the horrible food. Not to mention that they told me I should go to south Hammamet but be careful their guests have been robbed there before.

従業員の笑顔がいつもあり、感じのいいホテルでした。食事もボリュウムは十分でしたが、クオリテーの面ではやはり値段相応というか、高級感はありません。もっと果物の種類などを増やして、提供してくれると良かったと思います。

Hôtel excellent, plage et mer paradisiaque!!!!

Ce hôtel est un endroit paradisiaque que l'on a pas envie de quitter! Personnel très agréable! Animation et club ado super! Le mer est très belle et propre on se croirai aux îles! Je suis très satisfaite de ce club et j'y retournerai l'été prochain, inchallah! Important : les bouteilles d'eau minérales sont illimitées et gratuites du jamais vu dans les autres hôtel!

L'hotel est très bien situé en bord de mer. Par contre, les chambres sont assez sommaires, la literie est épouvantable et l'équipement de première nécessité. Les repas sont très médiocres. Certes il y a de la variété mais la qualité des mets laisse vraiment à désirer. La viande est quasi inexistante et quand elle est là est immangeable. Les couscous, pourtant un plat local, sont maigres, sans gout, insipides. Le personnel assez sympathique n'est pas prompt à réfléchir, ni à appliquer des procédures logiques. Par exemple, le matin au départ, les tables pour le petit déjeuner sont installées petit à petit. On ne viendra pas vous mettre des serviettes ou des couverts car on a vu que vous arriviez. On suit le train-train habituel et l'adaptation ne suit pas!...

Super pour des vacances en bord de mer

Hôtel club conviviale. Nous avons passé un excellant séjour fin juin 2013, le tout quasi les pieds dans l'eau. La nourriture est bonne et variée. Le restaurant est avec vue sur la mer, ce qui est vraiment dépaysant. Tout est en all inclus sauf pour les boissons en canette (compter environ 2dinars50 pour un coca). L'hôtel est vraiment très animé, mais il y en a pour tous les goûts, il est possible de passer une soirée tranquilloux, avec un thé et un narguilé...

Hôtel idéal même pour les personnes seules

super séjour, Hôtel et Chambre bien entretenue et agréable. Nourriture très bonne et variée, personnel au petit soins (aussi bien au restaurant, au bar au SPA ect...), l'équipe d'animation excellente et présente du matin jusqu'au soir #nombreuses activités proposées#. Un petit moins toutefois un supplément de 20 dinars est demandé pour une chambre avec vue sur la mer, cependant même en étant au 3ème étage vous n'avez qu'une vue très lointaine sur la mer.
