The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in downtown Pullman, making it easy to walk to restaurants and get around conveniently. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our time in Pullman all the more enjoyable. It’s a casual, laid-back place, so you can feel right at home without any fuss — perfect for a relaxed stay.

We were put in a room on the third floor. About 11pm a loud noise and vibration came through the wall. When it didn't turn off I called the front desk. The lady said it was the fan on the first floor. She would take care of it. 20 minutes later my husband went down to the front office and the guy was eating and the girl was on her phone. Nothing was done or looked at. They were very rude at first. They moved us to the renovated side of the motel. Better rooms. Cleaner and no animals on that side. No idea why they would rent out a room when they know it makes the loud noise when a fan is turned on downstairs.

Towels could have been nicer for a Best Western.
