We really enjoyed our stay - just a note to other guests though, when your room has 2 doors and you (of course!) put your deadbolt on at night but then leave through the outside door for convenience the next morning, staff can't get into the room to replace coffee or clean!

Very clean stay. Friendly staff. Nice large pool with a great fitness area. Unfortunately hot tub was closed when we stayed.

The rooms were very clean and very modern. Great waterfall shower head. Very nice front desk staff.

Loved the conscience of our room. It was ground level so we could park outside the room door and also enter the hotel from inside as well. Felt clean and didn’t have a chance to take advantage of the pool but looked lovely.

This hotel is a wonderful gem in a residential section of Hamilton. They offer 2pm check-in which is great! Friendly staff.

I really enjoyed this hotel stay. I had a ground floor room and it backed out on the parking lot which was really convenient.

Good hotel and good location. One of the more reasonable priced hotels. It was unfortunate that the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed. It received a 5-star google rating. The beds are comfortable.

This place is ok and I have been coming here since 1989, the rooms need more lights and I found the hall is dark .

evrything was great at the hotel. I have a big problem with Expedia. You charged me US rates when I live in ontario which means you scammed me Trying to get a hold of you by phone is almost impossible. but i WILL KEEP ON TRYING
