なかなかよいホテル

駅前で便利、部屋も広くてよかった。暖房もしっかりきいていた。ただ、シャワーからお湯がちゃんと出ない時間帯があったのは残念だったし、他の宿泊客が廊下で騒ぐのには閉口した(ただし、内庭側の部屋を割り当ててもらったので、外部の音には全く悩まされなかった)。

フロントのスタッフは明るく親切だったが、建物は全体的に暗い雰囲気。朝食は美味しく、バラエティに富んでいて良かった。シャワーのカーテンがカビ臭くなっていたのがマイナス点。

中央駅近くで観光に便利

中央駅から近く、旅の拠点にするにはいいと思います。朝食の内容は、ごく基本的なもので、バン、チーズ、ハムは、各３～５種類くらい。スクランブルエッグ、ゆで卵。３種類くらいの出来合いのサラダ。生の野菜はトマトくらいしかなかったのが残念。あとは、ヨーグルトとシリアル等。全体的に古さは否めませんが、清潔に保たれていました。ベッドのマットレスは、硬さがちょうどよくて、寝心地がよかったです。口コミで既に多くの方が仰っていたのは、受付の年配の女性だとわかりました。既に、こういう受付がいると知っていたので、それほどショックはなかったですが、ホテルの顔とも言える受付。改善されるべきところだと思います。

駅に近いだけが取り柄

駅に近くて便利ですが、部屋のセーフボックスも5€取るのに、鍵を取りにフロントへ行ったら、お釣りが無いから、また後で来てと言われ、鍵もその時にと言われた。フロントの対応もよくないです。

駅前なので荷物を置くにもちょっと帰るにも便利。近くには食事をしたりテイクアウトしたりできる所がたくさんあるので、値段の割にはお得感有。

Not worth the money

This hotel is dated. No kettle in room. Very basic toiletries. Tiny towels. Maid knocked three times on morning of departure - I said we are leaving today so don’t need room clean and fit lecture to put sign on door, first time this has every happened in all my travels. I booked double room and had tiny single duvet. Staff at reception friendly but chaos checking in when they couldn’t find names on system and when leaving I attempted to tell them about maid but they were blank.

God pris med fremragende beliggenhed

Hotellet er af udmærket standard. Det er ikke luksus, men leverer, hvad det skal til prisen. Morgenmad er inkluderet, parkeringshus er tæt på, værelserne er ok og så er beliggenheden fremragende for at komme hurtigt rundt i Hamburg. Har anvendt hotellet flere gange på weekendture og kommer gerne igen.

Hotel mediocre

Lo único bueno es la ubicación y el desayuno, que es correcto. La habitación estaba sucia y no tenía absolutamente nada. Un hotel muy frío en términos generales. Personal maleducado y sin controlar las maletas que se recogen.
