家族４人で２泊利用しました。市街地にも倉庫街にもアクセスしやすく良い立地です。１ベッドルームのアパートメントタイプの部屋を利用しました。キッチン＆洗濯乾燥機付きで、電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、電気ポットもあり、家族連れにはとても便利です。 駐車料金が高めなのと、部屋でWI-FIの接続状況が良くないのが難点です。

清潔なホテル
ホテルはコンパクトに全て揃っており大変便利でした。 子供連れだったので、食事に困った時に部屋でも食べられるようにとこのホテルを選択。食器も清潔でした。 ハンブルクの街自体がコンパクトなので、どこに行くのも便利でした。中央駅からも子供連れ、スーツケースありでも歩けました。

New Year’s Eve
We stayed at Adina for New Year’s Eve going into 2024. The hotel is nice in terms of interior, condition, view and cleanliness. We stayed in a great corner room with lookout to the water, perfect for the New Year’s we had planned. However, our stay was unfortunately disturbed by a fire, meaning that all guest was promptly evacuated. Even though the situation was not caused by the hotel personnel, I must admit that the crisis management performed by the personnel was inefficient and honestly dissatisfactory. Throughout the day we received little information in general. Several guests besides only speaking English, but 90 % of all information was only in German, and we had to ask for translation several times. People were during the day more and more scattered in different corners of the hotel, including the bar and conference room, and we had to ask in the reception for information time and time again as communication was not provided to all guests at once, incl. when we could go back into our room. We sat in a conference room for +6 hours, during this time we were only offered drinks from the bar (after 4 hours) and we were not offered any food, we got snacks only my request. We checked out on the 31st and was informed of possibilities for reimbursement. It took quite some time to get responses from the hotel, but within app. 1 month we had our money for the night, parking and for dry cleaning.

Great stay
A lovely, clean and comfortable apartment hotel. The kitchen area was very well equipped, even with a washing machine. Very convenient for local attractions. Definitely use Adina apartments again.

Feel like home in a small studio
If you prefer a small studio with your own kitchen and bar table this is the place. Felt like home and very good facilities from sauna, gym and swimming, although bit small for the amount of people when it gets busy but if there is no one it is perfect. But if a walking distance to public transport and centre, nevertheless would recommend if you stay longer and want something more to give a bit of home feeling this is the place.

Super Unterkunft mit sehr moderner Gestaltung sowie Zimmern. Es war sehr sauber, Personal zeigte sich freundlich und kompetent. Highlight war der Pool sowie der Zimmerservice mit sehr leckeren Cocktails! Die Lage ist optimal. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! :-)

Nice large new rooms, great atmosphere, perfect location in town. Upper level price class, if the pool was heated price and benefit for the visitor would match a little better. A really good experience despite a bit high costs and the extra money that had to be paid for parking and for city taxes which made the stay 20% more expensive than the price booked for.

Wir waren für zwei Nächte mit drei Personen im Adina. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider konnte das Reinigungspersonal kein Deutsch und hat daher einiges Missverstanden. Was unserer Meinung NICHT passieren darf! Die Schlafcouch von meiner Tochter, die gerade einmal max. 180cm lang/kurz war, wurde samt Bettwäsche weggeräumt. Das heißt Abends rum telefonieren und Fragen wo denn alles abgeblieben ist!! Wieder ein Mitarbeiter und wieder keinerlei Deutsch bzw. Englischkenntnisse! Das Geht Nicht!!! Hinzu kommt das, das Frühstück für 24€ pro Person, pro Tag und die Tiefgarage für 40€ pro Tag einfach komplett überteuert sind. Ein kleiner Tipp es gibt ein paar Parkhäuser in der Umgebung die wesentlich billiger sind.

Some rooms lack working air conditioning
If you want air conditioning you may not get it. We booked 6 rooms for a family trip and 3 of them did not have working air conditioning. Management later acknowledged they are trying to repair the rooms that are not working, but they do not have a clear timeline and did not share this info until after our stay.
