The staff were very accommodating to my requests to ship luggage and were very helpful in determining the best method. I was treated to excellent service and will come back again. Older building so it goes with the territory that it could use some upkeep in the spa area.

A lovely small hotel in a small fishing village

Service was top notch, very friendly and helpful. Room was tiny, which was surprising given that it is a small town (Tokyo, yes, very tiny accommodations because of tremendous population density). All in all, a very good place that I would recommend.
