「My sister's family of three and my family of there stayed here to spend Thanksgiving with our parents in Binghamton. The location was perfect (20 minutes from my parents in Binghamton) and the house was big enough to give our two families space when we needed our own space. We enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and even enjoyed some lake-effect snow the day after Thanksgiving. We brought most of Thanksgiving dinner (turkey and sides) with us, so the full refrigerator was perfect to store everything...

「The owners were very attentive and willing to answer any question we had with very quick responses. The owners gave many recommendations for food in the area when asked. The place fit our needs perfectly. Will rent this place again if in the area again.」

「Lovely property, peaceful and private.Larry was a great host, quick to communicate and recommend local attractions.We went to the adventure animal park which was awesome. Very well done.Had a campfire at the house and roasted marshmallows.Kitchen was very well stocked with utensils ect.」

「It was adequate but the property needs some TLC. Broken wooden step, lack of hot water, missing exposed light sockets in bathroom, just two towels, misc clutter on path to cottage, derelict vehicles blocking driveway. . 」
