"This property was over priced, nonaccessible, and outdated. Pool water was dirty , sauna wasn't working , and our view was of an unusable courtyard half obscured by a partial roof .Downtown Halifax was an adventure in every direction, and the pedway was outstanding but this hotel was a disapointment.
BE AWARE
Using epedia for our booking it was suppose to be $380 which was over priced to begin with but when we arrived we were told it was $480 and another $30 for parking 10 minutes away on foot,(my wife and I are disabled) and had no way to make alternative plans for my family at this point. Would never visit those hotel again. "
"Lake was pretty. Children had a lot of fun at the pool and arcade. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had at any hotel I’ve been too. The restaurants dinner service was excellent as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again if we’re ever in the area"
"The neighborhood was nice. Overall it was clean, but could use a little more attention to detail in the bathrooms. The front steps look bad and need to be repainted, the stair railing on the top floor is loose and could be a concern for an accident. We had a nice stay."
