「Clean room, friendly staff and accessible parking」

「So many complaints with this cottage. Biggest one is that the pool doesn't even have a pump that cleans it. Water is extremely dirty with a grime sheen seen on top of it. Upon asking Mike, he just makes excuses and false promises. Hot water tub is frigid cold and is also filthy. Looks like it's used in the pictures to attract people. Other reviewers either don't care about cleanliness or are fake. Inside the cottage, 2 out of 5 showers don't get hot water, toilet seats are broken. We saw a dead...

「We checked into our room which was dated but okay. The floors felt dirty and wet. We settled in and decided to lake the best of it but when we climbed into bed the bedding was damp at our feet. We called the front desk who tried to help by bringing fresh bedding but when we went to change the sheets we discovered the foot of the mattress was soaked with who knows what!!! We asked to change rooms and they accommodated us with another room without a lake view but thankfully with a dry mattress. ...

「No négatives !! It was a night out with my 26 year old daughter and we had a lot of fun! Great music while we ate at the HardRock cafe resto. Room was super clean, spacious and beds very comfortable. Thank you for a great stay」
