"we lost power for about 3 hours, after the first 30 mins we went to the staff to notify, after another 30 mins ( 1 hour) we went back to the staff to ask about the power situation again and they seemed to have forgotten, after another 30 mins passed (1h30 mins) another inquiry was made and they seemed surprised that the maintenance person hasn't come to our room yet. after this we waited another hour and a half ( 3 hours) and called down, to of which the phone rang for a long time, the power suddenly came on and no one answered our call."

"The hotel room was clean but definitely dated and in need of upgrading. Staff were really nice and made us feel welcome. Continental breakfast was typical and coffee was good. Location is convenient and right in town. "
