LIVING AREA WITH LAKE VIEWS
The kitchen, dining, and living areas share an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings and a stunning view of Loon Lake. The living area includes a 42" TV with a Fire Stick, Blu-ray player, and a collection of movies—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The couch folds down into a full-size bed to accommodate an additional guest.
KITCHEN
The kitchen features a full-size oven, microwave, standard brew coffee maker, refrigerator, and all the basic dishes and utensils you’ll need for cooking. Just outside, a gas grill on the front porch is ready for your barbecue nights.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Two spacious bedrooms include queen-size beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with twin bunk beds—great for kids. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.

BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a stand-up shower (note: no bathtub) and is stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

On the roadside of the cottage, you’ll find a large covered porch—an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee, listen to the birds, and watch the sun rise through the trees. Just in front of the house is a designated fire pit area, perfect for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and enjoying peaceful evenings under the stars.
PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS AND WATER FUN
Wooden steps with a rope railing lead down to the lake and boathouse area, where you’ll find a second deck, paddle boat, two paddle boards, life vests, and a variety of kid-friendly water toys.
BRINGING YOUR OWN BOAT?
No problem! Our dock is available for tying up your own watercraft, making lake access simple and convenient throughout your stay.
At the back of the cottage, a deck overlooks beautiful Loon Lake and offers seating for six at an outdoor dining table—perfect for meals with a view, evening sunsets, or simply relaxing and soaking in the peaceful lakeside atmosphere.
You'll have full access to the main house, deck, yard, and boathouse during your stay. Please note that the attic, basement, owners’ boat, and any spaces labeled “Owners Use Only” are not accessible to guests. We kindly ask that you respect these private areas.
