Homely 4 bedroom, 3 bath villa located in the gated community of Southern Dunes with games room and south facing private pool. Recently updated including new king mattress.

A bright family room is at the heart of the home including comfortable sofas, smart TV, and view to the pool. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast bar, as well as nook with table and chairs, plus formal dining area.

The king master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, together with access to the pool deck. New king mattress added 2024. The second master bedroom has a queen bed and also has its own bathroom. There are an additional two twin bedrooms which are perfect for the kids, and share a bathroom. Each room has its own TV with Roku and cable services.

There is a games room with Pool Table for guests to enjoy. Internet access is included.
Pool heat is available - please inquire for cost.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

Front door lock updated to electronic keypad, so no need to worry about keys.

Southern Dunes is home to one of the top 18 hole golf courses in Florida that is open to the public year round. Even if you are not a golfer you will quickly appreciate the beauty of this exceptionally maintained community. The golf course also has an excellent clubhouse restaurant which is open throughout the day for lunches and on Sunday has a very good brunch. Southern Dunes boasts three community pools, clubhouse gym, tennis courts and childrens play area.

Southern Dunes is located just off Hwy 27 in Haines City and is conveniently situated close to a large Walmart Supercenter. There is a wide selection of restaurants and takeaways close by. Just a few miles away is the Posner Park shopping area with JC Penney, Target, Best Buy, Staples, Michaels, Dicks Sporting Goods and many more stores and a cinema.

The home is located around 25 minutes to the Disney World parks, Universal, Sea World, water parks and is the closest of all communities to the new Legoland Park which is a short 25 minute drive to the south.
