チェックインで、エクスペディアのチェックイン番号の紹介に20分待たされ、1006号室に入れば、前の客の食べ残しが冷蔵庫にあって、チェックアウト時点で、そのお菓子代金を支払えと言われた。チェックアウトでは、さらに30分、エクスペディア番号を教えろと言われた。従業員人数はいっぱいいるが、どうしようもない呆れた対応。サービスなんてむちゃくちゃなのに、この金額は有り得ない。

Nice but too hot. Avoid in the summer.
Nice hotel, great service and clean room, but ac would not cool room below 24 degrees. Uncomfortable due to heat/humidity when trying to sleep. Highlighted issues to the front of house team, but from evaluating their reply, I suspect it is a common complaint.

하이퐁 지역에서 선택할수 있는 호텔은 다양하지만 조용하고, 깨끗한 환경으로 아주 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 이전에는 반까오 거리에 있는 중소형 호텔에서 머물어 보았는데 방음 장치가 되지않아 너무 시끄러워서 한밤에 잠이 깨곤 했는데, 머큐어 하이퐁 호텔은 아침까지 숙면을 취할수 있습니다. 아침식사 메뉴도 다양하여 좋습니다.

More like four-star hotel
Good but not enough given the fact that it is ranked five-star. I brought and used a water-filter for shower and felt that the water need to be more cleaned. And breakfast was a little disappointing. It should serve more menu. Overall, it deserves four-star rather than five-star.
