We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful throughout our visit. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. We’d be glad to return again!

Frühstück top, Klimaanlage flop! Abendessen lecker. Die Bedienung allerdings allein zu lassen, für Getränke, Bestellungen, Abräumen, Kassieren, etc. finden wir grenzwertig! Man kann sich leider nicht zerreißen, wenn man alles allein machen muss. Da entstehen lange Wartezeiten! Die Bedienung war trotz Stress super freundlich! Und in der Küche wurde sich gelangweilt, da war einer am Arbeiten. Da hätte ja einer Mal die Getränke fertigmachen können.

Je viens dans cet hotel depuis des années mais c'est la première fois que je suis vraiment déçu. L'accueil par la jeune employée à la réception était plutôt froid (pas vraiment de sourire). Ensuite on m'a demandé 3 Euros pour le parking alors qu'il a toujours été gratuit jusqu'ici (à priori c'est payant depuis 1 an) Comme mon dernier rendez-vous client s'est un peu prolongé je suis arrivé à l'hotel un peu plus tard que d'habitude ... Il était 19h55 quand je me suis présenté au restaurant et on m'a dit que c'était trop tard, que la cuisine fermait déjà à 20h et qu'on pouvait juste encore me réchauffer une pizza ... J'ai été choqué ! Un restaurant qui ferme déjà à 20 h, je ne savais même pas que ça pouvait exister, qui plus est dans un BestWestern !! En France on mange rarement avant 20h. Déjà que je fais toujours un détour pour aller dans cet hotel qui se trouve quand même à 30 mn du centre de Linz. et puis je viens pas dans un BestWestern pour manger une pizza congelé ... Du coup, je pense que c'est la dernière fois que je réserve cet hotel. La prochaine fois que je viendrais en voyage d'affaire dans la région je resterais sur Linz même. Les options de dîner seront plus nombreuses.

Das Hotel macht einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer mit separatem zweiten Schlafraum war sehr modern ausgestattet. Die Zimmer waren ebenso sauber und aufgeräumt. Da wir das Hotel nur als Zwischenübernachtung auf der Durchreise von Italien nach Deutschland gebucht hatten, können wir keine Angaben zur Umgebung machen. Das Hotel verfügt über ein nachts geschlossenes Parkhaus, wo man für günstige 3 EUR/ Nacht sein Auto abstellen kann. Vor dem Hotel gibt es mehrere 11/22kW Ladestationen. Adhoc Laden war im August 2025 mit 69ct/kWh aber nicht günstig und man hätte sein Auto nach 100% Ladung umparken sollen. Das könnte man besser regeln.

Sehr komfortabel

Auf der Rückreise von Kroatien haben wir als 7 köpfige Familie hier eine Nacht verbracht und sind von Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Nähe der Zimmer vollkommen überzeugt. Der kleine Umweg hat sich absolut gelohnt und wir konnten gut gestärkt und ausgeruht weiterreisen.

Très bel hôtel avec superbe espace Wellness En revanche literie pas au niveau du standing de l’hôtel. J’ai eu une chambre avec 2 petits lits séparés : chaque lit était beaucoup trop étroit pour un adulte !!! Je ne savais même pas que cette dimension existait. C’est la première fois que j’ai un matelas aussi petit. On aurait dit des lits pour enfants. Je fais en moyenne 80 nuitées en hôtel par an depuis 13 ans et je n’ai jamais eu ca. Du coup j’ai vraiment pas bien dormi …

Check in nach 23:00 Uhr nicht möglich

Check in am „Automat“ hat nicht geklappt, „Notfallnummer“ ging 2 Stunden lang die Mailbox dran. Wir mussten dann nachts in ein anderes Hotel ausweichen - nachdem wir überhaupt eines finden konnten und nochmal eine halbe Stunde gefahren sind waren wir dann nach 02:00 Uhr im Bett. In 2 Zimmern waren Handtücher nicht sauber (schmierig) in allen 3 Zimmern war der Boden nicht sauber (dreckige Füße von der Dusche bis zum Bett). In meinem Zimmer war der perlator am Waschbecken nicht in Ordnung - Wasser spritzt in alle Richtungen - und die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Der seifenhalter in der Dusche hing auf halb 8. in der dritten Nacht war im Flur Geschrei zu hören, danach eine Stunde laute elektronische Musik von draußen. Das anrufen der „Notfallnummer habe ich mir gespart. Als Entschädigung für den nicht funktionierenden Check In gab es ganze 10% Rabatt auf den Aufenthalt und man musste mehrfach unterstreichen, dass man uns die erste Nacht natürlich nicht berechnet. Wäre das ein privater Aufenthalt gewesen würde die Sache zu meiner Rechtsschutzversicherung gehen. In diesem Hotel übernachte ich nie wieder. Der Fairness halber - das Frühstück war OK und das Essen im Restaurant war gut. Die offene Küche mag ein nettes Feature sein - wenn sie aber dann ab 09:00 Uhr lautstark gereinigt wird, obwohl das Restaurant bis 11 geöffnet ist, ist das sehr störend.

Wir waren dieses Jahr das 2. mal in Folge im Parkhotel Hagenberg! Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel, denn es hat ein hervorragendes Preis/Leistungs Verhältnis! Der Service ist ab und zu ein wenig chaotisch, aber man ist äußerst freundlich und alles wird gleich nachgebracht, wenn mal was vergessen wurde. Ein Missverständnis mit dem Zimmerservice wurde auch zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit gelöst. Wir möchten uns sehr herzlich bedanken, dass unser Urlaub wieder so ein tolles Erlebnis war.
