The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The view from the room was great. The location is very convenient for walking and cycling. Ssanggyesa temple is in walking distance.

Most of the stay was fine. Only weird thing was having to take out our own trash and separate recyclables from other trash. Not sure if this due to lack of staffing or a regional thing near Jirisan.

Check-in was confusing as the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Lack of trust from property on paying the breakfast bill which had to be paid up front, rather than charge it to the bill. The total lack of dining facilities was pathetic (only a cook yourself BBQ where you had to provide all food yourself, except meat...). To call this a hotel/resort is bordering on an untruth - it was more like a backpacker hostel...

My family stayed in the room with spa. The room was spotless with great view of the village from the balcony. The spa was so enjoyable that I recommend to choose the room with it.

숙소도 서비스도 식사도 대체로 만족했으나 너무 시끄러웠어요 방음이 문제에요 로비쪽으로 창문 있는 방에서 자는데 앞 집이 밤 늦게까지 술마시고 떠들고 노는 소리가 들리는데 12시가 다 되도록 시끄럽더라구요 직원들의 잘 못은 전혀 아닌데 결국 프론트로 전화해서 컨플레인 할 수밖에 없었습니다

방음이 조금 안 되어서 시끄러웠던 거 빼고(히노끼 욕조 있는 바깥 말하는게 아니에요 바깥은 당연한거죠 복도쪽 소리가 엄청 들어와서 잘 때는 침대방 문 닫고 자야 해요. 가족으로 와서 이불깔고 거실에서 잤는데 소리가 넘 많이 울리더라고요) 정말 만족스러운 숙소였어요. 특히 히노끼 욕조는 정말 너무너무 좋았어요. 가족들 모두 엄청 좋아했답니다.

괜찮았던 것일지도

주변에 갈곳도 많고 좀 오래된 곳인 것을 감안하면 일박하는데 나쁘지는 않았다 다만 외부의 히노키 욕조 청소상태가 흠 나는 모르는 사람 머리카락을 치우는 것을 좋아하지 않는다 그리고 설날이라서 그런지 저녁에는 레스토랑을 하지 않고 치킨과 피자세트를 시킬 수 있다 하여 먹었는데 세상에서 제일짠 치킨과 피자였다 정말 웬만하면 먹는데 못먹을 지경이었는데 또 비쌌다 조식은 괜찮았다 만약 다시 간다면 히노키 방은 안가고 저녁은 차라리 편의점을 이용할 것 같다..그리고 아침에 체크아웃하고 나가는데 보니 내 차가 긁혀있었다 열받았지만 cc티비 확인하는데 또 하세월 갈 것 같아 포기하고 그냥 나왔다…

호텔같이 깔끔한 가족형 리조트

로비부터 넓고 깔끔해서 좋은 인상을 줍니다. 건물이 아무래도 연식은 조금 있어보이나, 깔끔하고 청결하게 객실이 정돈되어 있습니다. 위치가 위치이다보니 밤 중에 어디 외출하기에는 조금 불편할 수도 있지만, 훌륭한 경치와 맑은 공기가 있는 곳입니다. 차로 10분정도 거리에 화개장터가 있습니다.

바로앞에 계곡이 있고 산으로 둘러쌓여 객실에서 보이는 전망이 매우 좋습니다. 숙소까지 접근하는 길이 아름답고 주변에 차시배지와 다원이 많고 쌍계사까지 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 위치가 너무 좋고 친절하고 좋은 숙소입니다. 룸은 시설이 지어진지 오래되긴 했지만 깨끗하고 넓어 이용에 불편한 점은 없습니다.
