We were totally pleased with the staff and the hotel itself. We did not include breakfast, so no comment there. Every staff member was helpful and friendly. The gym facility is small but useful. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The amenities were great. They give you fresh bottles of water as you use them. There are robes and slippers. The TV was easy to use, since we just connected to your Netflix account. There are several USB/USB-C ports in the room. The shower was excellent. Everything was up to date and well maintained. The location in the Innere Stadt is convenient to many sites. We used Uber for those beyond a short walk. Highly recommend.
