"Staff were fine. TV didn’t work, clipped fingernail on my bedside table when I arrived so room was not cleaned properly. Plugged toilet that no one addressed besides leaving a plunger outside my door. Breakfast was a nice set up, but the unkept room grossed me out I was hesitate to eat anything. Lots of hotels in area, would stay somewhere else. "

"Honestly this was not the greatest hotel I ever stayed in but my boyfriend and I were displaced for a few weeks before finding a new apartment and we stayed in 3 different hotels including this one and this one was the absolute best! The rooms weren’t the cleanest but the bed was so comfortable in my opinion and other than the railroad track it was so quiet to be in Nashville. I would definitely stay here again!"

"There was a leak in the refrigerator and it left water on the floor and got my bags wet. There was a huge stain on one of the beds. The towels in the bathroom were dirty. There was throw-up in the elevator. Staff was great go talk to, however, they didn’t answer the phone. "
