Before we arrived we could not access check in information as their system claimed we still had to complete payment, ignored 2/3 emails asking for this to be resolved. Took multiple phone calls to finally fix this. Broken AC, reported on 1st day was reassured it would be fixed and it was marked as urgent, was never fixed."

Maria, our host stocked the house so well. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "We loved our stay at this Maltese Townhouse. The views from the balcony are fantastic, and it is in a great location. We appreciated the unique layout with the stone spiral stairs. (We are able bodied, so this may be a challenge for folks who may have something that prevents them from going up stairs.) The communication was efficient and responsive. This place also offers an airport transfer that we found easy and helpful. We'll stay here agian! "
